Step-by-step Build Summary

Initial Consultation:

Schedule a meeting with Island Heritage Pools to discuss your vision, preferences, and budget for the pool project. During this consultation, our team will assess your property and provide initial recommendations.

*Everyone wants a Lazy-river, with a bronze Lion head statue, breathing fire with a grotto, and waterfall slide…. But do you really “need it”?

Design Phase:

Work closely with our experienced designers to choose pool design that reflects your style and complements your outdoor space. Review and finalize the pool design, and select choices at our office.

*Things are getting serious no design experience necessary. We make this process easy and fun and most people can get it all done in less than 30 minutes.

Permitting and Approvals:

Island Heritage will handle the necessary permits and approvals required for the pool construction process. Our team will ensure compliance with local regulations and coordinate with relevant authorities.

*Then we wait. Our streamlined design process helps us reduce permitting delays, but we are still dealing with building departments so please be patient.

Excavation and Site Preparation:

Prepare the site for excavation, ensuring proper access and clearance. Our skilled excavation team will carefully dig the pool according to the approved design and specifications.

*The party is about to get started. The bomb is about to get detonated on your back yard. Layout, Dig, Form, Steel. This will be a whirlwind

Construction and Installation:

Construct the pool structure using high-quality materials and industry-leading techniques. Install Gunite shell, plumbing, filtration systems, and any additional features as outlined in the design.

*We call this the best day in construction. Gunite day is awesome to see and experience. Mark this one on your calendar

Decking and Surroundings:

Choose from a variety of decking options to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of your pool area. Island Heritage Pools offers a range of pavers, to suit your preferences.

*Pavers, pavers, pavers or pavers! The choice is yours. Why pavers? We live in Florida, everything is sand and water. Concrete cracks, not if, it’s when.

Finishing Touches:

Apply the final finishes to the pool interior, such as tiles and Marcite/Pebble finish, to create a smooth and attractive surface. Install any additional features or accessories, such as pool heaters, games, or automation systems, to enhance your pool experience.

*Can anyone say fun day? This is the day everyone has waited for. Basketball hoop; check! Volleyball net; check! Cooler, umbrella, inflatable flamingo, check, check, check!

Water Filling and Testing:

Fill the pool with water and conduct thorough testing to ensure proper circulation, filtration, and chemical balance. Our team will provide guidance on pool maintenance and care to keep your pool in optimal condition as well as taking care of your pool for the first 30 days.

Final Inspection and Handover:

Island Heritage Pools will perform a final inspection to ensure that the pool meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Once satisfied, we will officially hand over the completed pool to you, along with any warranties, maintenance instructions.

Enjoy Your New Pool:

With your new pool completed, it's time to sit back, relax, and enjoy endless hours of fun and relaxation in your own backyard oasis. We are always up for a cannon ball challenge. If you challenge us to this competition at your initial appointment you will receive our monthly “Cannon Ball” promotion off your pool. (This is a real thing so if you challenge us; we will have a cannon ball competition when you pool is completed)
